Role: Senior Sales Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure. You will need to achieve sales targets on projects month on month through a team of 4 to 6 designers.
* Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
* Target and achieve 8 to 10 projects a month by ensuring new project bookings.
* Be responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship.
* Train designers to ensure sales enablement and help them achieve their targets.
Desired Profile:
A Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch or B-Tech is preferred, accompanied by 15 years of academics. Additionally, 2+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth, along with experience in B2C Sales, is required.
