
Real Estate Channel Partnership Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand our network in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners, conduct meetings with existing partners, onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets, ensure retention, and maximize engagement with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand and nurture a strong Channel Partner network in Bengaluru, India.
- Drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners.
- Conduct Channel Partner meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
- Ensure retention and maximize engagement with existing partners.
- Organize workshops, events, and engagement activities for CPs.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication & relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
- Consistent work history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
