About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and strategic initiatives as our Principal Credit Risk Strategist, Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk strategies for new and existing lending products.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Identify key risk drivers and propose data-driven mitigation solutions.
  • Work closely with Data Science teams to build, test, and refine credit, account management, and collection models.
  • Establish and communicate clear credit policies to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  • Improve performance of existing credit models and develop new models in partnership with Data Science teams.
  • Partner with R&D, Product, and Operations teams to design, test, and launch new features and products.
