- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
- Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology.
