Product Management Leadership

We seek a seasoned Product Management leader to drive the growth and success of our Customer Experience portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for this portfolio.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. To oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.
  3. To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts to gather insights and feedback on product direction and market trends.
  4. To identify and prioritize product opportunities through thorough market analysis, competitive research, and customer engagement.
  5. To lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging.
  6. To work closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment, adoption, and customer success.
  7. To continuously monitor and improve product quality, user experience, and overall performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a similar customer experience platform space.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development principles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful product launches, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of using Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus.
