
Front Desk Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless overnight operations at the front desk and accounting department. This entails being the key point of contact for late-night guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring their needs are met.
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner overnight.
- Handle reservations, arrange wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services.
- Provide follow-up assistance as necessary.
- Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process invoices.
- Balance cash drawers and verify receipts.
The Night Auditor/Manager plays a vital role in tracking key financial metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
