We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team in Noida.

This role will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional, engaging, and smooth experience while representing the company's brand image.

Job Description:

The Guest Relationship Executive will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist the sales and CRM teams by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Support in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • Prior experience as a GRE / Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
