Optimize Operational Excellence

We seek an exceptional professional to spearhead and facilitate World Class Manufacturing practices, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and drive ongoing manufacturing transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline, exhibit a profound understanding of continuous improvement concepts, and demonstrate strong analytical, project, and product management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a standardized world-class manufacturing framework across pan-India plants.
  • Develop and implement a superior continuous improvement strategy.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
  • Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Establish programs, deliver coaching, and execute projects across plants.
  • Complete post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved.
  • Enhance efficiency KPIs in manufacturing sites.
  • Implement lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence.

Desirable Skill Sets:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • An End-to-End Coordinator taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.
