About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Leader to oversee our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production and operational planning for efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Prepare and review production documents for new products in line with quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across approved manufacturing processes.
  • Lead quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise production personnel to maintain a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Manage the complete production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for seamless operations.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production for timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement efficiently.
  • Analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories within an export-oriented industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from reputable institutions preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars, and project management techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing materials, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be proficient in managing production cycles, and have a deep understanding of operational efficiency.
