Manufacturing Excellence Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Excellence Manager to drive our site's manufacturing operations forward. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and make a lasting impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and implementation of site-level manufacturing excellence initiatives, focusing on process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy manufacturing excellence practices across the site, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Coach and develop leaders and employees to adopt manufacturing excellence principles, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing, with a strong background in process improvement and lean manufacturing.
    • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade senior stakeholders and drive change.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
