Lean Manufacturing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Lean Manufacturing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and sustaining lean practices, as well as developing and executing business improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing lean strategies to drive process improvements and cost reductions;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes;
  • Collaborating with operations leaders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members on lean principles and methodologies;
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Communicating results and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading lean initiatives and achieving business outcomes;
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, tools, and methodologies;
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Black Belt certification or equivalent;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
