We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our lean journey as a key player in driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Capability Development: Invest in your own growth, coach and train others, and support the development of a high-performing team.
  • Lean Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement lean solutions to enhance manufacturing methods and systems, resulting in cost savings and improved productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, lead initiatives that deliver sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Project Leadership: Manage site-level projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful reports and presentations that guide decision-making and inform strategic business decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A mindset that's innovative, customer-focused, and resilient in the face of complexity
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence culture, and deliver results
