This role involves serving as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership.

  • Serve as a guide and facilitator for Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions.
  • Lead and support the implementation of Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels.
  • Evaluate team maturity and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Agile practices.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work.
  • Achieve continuous improvement by supporting the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Transformation Specialist: Serve as a key enabler for Agile adoption across teams.
  • Facilitate Agile Training Workshops: Design and deliver high-quality training programs that equip teams with essential Agile skills.
  • Lean Practitioner: Implement lean thinking and eliminate waste to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
