As a Manager - Operations, you will oversee a team of Operations Leads and prioritize customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within committed timelines.

You will be responsible for managing internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams, etc., to ensure they receive necessary support to meet customer-promised timelines and quality standards.

  • Lead customer experiences from project booking to handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues promptly and completing projects successfully.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Empower your team and hire skilled individuals to strengthen your regional team.
  • Maintain adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to deliver consistent customer experiences.
  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quick Resolution of Customer Escalations.

The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries. They should possess people management skills, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and structured thought processes.

A strong analytical ability and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. The candidate should also be able to manage strategic alliances and business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
