Business Intelligence Analyst

You will be the key to unlocking business insights and driving strategic growth. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Business Problem-Solving: Collaborate with senior leaders to diagnose issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design and implement interactive dashboards and custom reports in Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and account metrics.
  • Process Improvement & Data Quality: Assist in creating and refining processes to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data for analysis.
  • Strategy Support: Provide analytical support for go-to-market plans, client growth strategies, and business development initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on insights, recommendations, and reporting needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced Excel: Strong proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and automation techniques.
  • Power BI: Good understanding of creating visual reports, dashboards, and using DAX for calculations.
  • SQL or Tableau: Working knowledge of either SQL (for data querying) or Tableau (for data visualization and reporting).
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking and curiosity to explore different solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
