Role Overview

This role involves managing various aspects of office administration and facilities management.

  • Administrative Tasks
  • Manage annual maintenance contracts, service agreements, and regional office lease agreements
  • Procure and maintain office equipment, including HVAC, LMS & BMS, security systems, fire extinguishers, and office furniture
  • Maintain office interiors and ensure the smooth functioning of the office
  • Supervise cafeteria maintenance, food services, and employee metro feeder services
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and arrange celebrations and departmental events
  • Handle administrative processes for employee resignation and participate in administrative meetings
  • Train newcomers, manage security systems, and handle complex support assignments independently
  • Make recommendations for new procedures and optimize current processes
  • Ability to handle corporate events on a larger scale
  • Experience in handling strategic planning and cross-functional team coordination
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage employees' requests for car leases and drive end-to-end processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in administration (MBA) or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in handling office administration and facility management
  • Experience in vendor management and budget management
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience in managing purchase and procurement activities
  • Ability to handle confidential information and make independent decisions
  • Experience in lease management and contract management
