
Office Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to oversee daily office administration tasks, manage records and databases, handle correspondence and vendor relationships, support human resources functions, monitor expenses, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, including courier services, record-keeping, canteen maintenance, security, transportation, and stationery supplies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Handle correspondence, emails, internal communications, and office supplies, as well as vendor relationships.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding and employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records, providing accurate and timely reports.
- Ensure seamless office operations, resolving administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate office events, team activities, and corporate meetings, ensuring successful execution.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
