About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling potential, and driving sales growth in the BFSI industry. You'll work closely with our customer success team to ensure seamless delivery of our financial services solutions and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Analyze customer data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management
- Proven track record of driving business growth in the BFSI sector
- Strong understanding of financial services and industry trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
