We are seeking an exceptional cybersecurity professional to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in GRC frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and similar standards.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with risk management processes, security documentation writing, and security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute security assessments against recognized frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and others.
  • Develop, implement, and manage GRC initiatives for customers.
  • Perform gap assessments and provide recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.

Skill Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience working with global customers and understanding region-specific regulations is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC roles.
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and technically accurate security policies, procedures, and assessments.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, gap analysis, and control mapping exercises across multiple frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud security governance frameworks and third-party risk management is a plus.

Candidates should possess a strong stakeholder management and collaboration ability.
