Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM consultant with expertise in FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial close, account reconciliations and planning cycles.

The role involves end-to-end implementation, support and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations and effective planning & forecasting processes.

  • Lead the design, configuration and deployment of FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS solutions.
  • Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements and corporate policies.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training and transfer knowledge to business teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS (design, build and support).
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in both project implementation and support environments.

Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
