We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Enterprise Performance Management team. This role requires an expert in Oracle EPM - HFM and FCCS applications with extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end HFM and FCCS projects.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
  2. Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
  3. Proven track record of successful HFM and FCCS implementations, including configuration and support.
  4. Strong communication skills, comfortable working with clients on-site.
  5. Demonstrated ability to conduct demos and assignments, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on integrations and automations, and be open to adopting new technologies. Experience with ARCS, TRCS, and Planning is a plus.
