
Hotel Revenue Growth Strategist

As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels. You will work closely with leadership and property owners to develop and implement revenue strategies that maximize profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi-property revenue management initiatives to achieve optimal business mix
- Analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies
- Driving channel optimization to achieve the optimal business mix
- Preparing accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership
- Collaborating with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies
- Supporting pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies
Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure
- Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats
- Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs
