Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Closures Design Engineer to join our team.

  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Automobile with 4-6 years of work experience is required.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Closures Design & Development at an automobile Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the automotive domain, particularly Closures Design, is crucial.
  • Detailed knowledge of designing Sheet metal, aluminum, extrusions, and some plastics parts is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in executing a complete Closure system project is required.
  • Proficiency in CATIA and PLM software's like Teamcenter is highly advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc. is necessary.
  • A strong technical grasp of automotive Sheet metal parts manufacturing and assembly processes is critical.
  • The ability to prepare and deliver presentations of concepts/master sections is vital.
  • Tolerance stack up and GD&T skills are a valuable asset.
  • Experience in Part development and supplier interaction is a desirable bonus.
