About the Job

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
• Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
• Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the client's team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
