Job Description

As a Technical Sales Engineer / Manager, you will promote and sell Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. You will identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions, conduct product presentations, trials, and demonstrations, build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams, support customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales services, meet monthly sales targets, and explore new business opportunities in the region.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering
  • 3–10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of Pune and Aurangabad industrial zones
  • Existing contacts and network within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
