Job Title: Software Engineering Architect

About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Architecture Engineer to design and develop software components and modules for automotive systems.

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of software architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with hardware design and industry standards.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Contribute to design reviews across algorithm teams, considering next-generation algorithms and new business opportunities.
  • Software Optimization: Optimize software performance for real-time constraints and resource efficiency, conducting performance analysis and proposing enhancements.
  • Intellectual Property: Support Intellectual Property activities, generating Invention Disclosure Memos to facilitate patent applications.
  • Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms for implementation on embedded DSP platforms, improving competencies in automotive vision-based ADAS, computer vision, and C++.
  • Research & Expertise: Perform state-of-the-art research into deep learning and computer vision approaches, creating high-level module and sub-module architecture at project kick-off.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure software architecture meets safety and security standards relevant to automotive systems, collaborating with safety engineers.
  • Standards Engineering: Enforce standards engineering discipline solutions, supporting engineering discipline design review and managing links with other disciplines.
  • Requirement Management: Provide inputs and requirements to the engineering discipline for development, interfacing with customers and contributing to refine functions into right subsystems.

Requirements:
•Strong C, C++ programming skills or rapid prototyping skills in Enterprise Architect for Modeling. Experience in Doors is a plus.
•Good understanding of fundamental computer vision algorithms and approaches.
•Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
•High level of innovation and motivation.
•Excellent research experience.
•Experience with automotive software standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, Ethernet.
Experience in QNX/Safertos ,freeRTOS
