DevOps Lead

The role of a DevOps Lead is to spearhead the development and implementation of processes that improve software delivery and deployment. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available systems.

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software.
  • Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the software delivery process.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
  • Strong command of Linux system administration and scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Bash.
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git and containerization platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Cloud expertise, preferably on AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, and load balancing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and collaboration skills.
