Job Title: Architect of Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defining solution architectures that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and requirements, translating them into effective solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical leads to define and prioritize solution designs.
  • Lead the design and development of microservices-based solutions, leveraging industry-standard design frameworks.
  • Advise on the adoption of new technologies and architecture patterns, ensuring alignment with our architectural principles.
  • Provide thought leadership on cloud computing, guiding teams on best practices for cloud migration, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, including AWS and equivalent Well Architected Framework pillars.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, such as LEAN, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a meaningful way.
  • Experience working in a similar role within a large enterprise is desirable.
  • Certifications in solution architecture, cloud computing, or related fields are an asset.
