Job Title: Solution Architect - Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive digital transformation initiatives and design technology solutions for IT Business Support Systems (BSS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Telecom IT BSS systems, business processes, and priorities. They will work closely with Business Analysts and Demand Managers to review and interpret business requirement specifications, ensuring alignment between business expectations and current or future technology capabilities.

A key aspect of this role is managing multiple technology partners to deliver end-to-end solution design on time and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will also analyze pros and cons of different solution design approaches to arrive at optimal designs.

  • Thorough knowledge of Telecom IT BSS systems is essential, along with good understanding of telecom business processes and priorities.
  • 13-15 years of overall experience in the IT BSS domain, preferably in the Telecom or IT industry.
  • Technical and professional qualifications include an Engineering Technology graduate from a reputed institution.
