Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and management in customer relationship management processes.
">Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality audits, analyzing CRM data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement methods. You will also track and report on key quality metrics and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

- Identify training needs and recommend process improvements to enhance agent performance.">
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents to improve their skills and knowledge.">
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits to track performance trends and prepare quality dashboards.">
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance agent performance and ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met.">

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field to demonstrate expertise in quality management.">
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or community development industry is a plus.">
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, telecalling standards, and customer engagement practices to ensure customer satisfaction.">
- Proficiency in quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to track performance trends and prepare quality dashboards.">
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills to evaluate calls, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback.">
