Job Description

The role of an Identity Access Management specialist revolves around stabilizing and enhancing existing identity infrastructure to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management. This initiative focuses on improving data quality, reducing operational risks, and laying the foundation for automation and future scalability across various systems.

You will collaborate with technical resources and teams to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments, ensuring established security controls are executed and enforced for Identity Access Management tools and access. Key responsibilities include promoting and enforcing Logical Access Security Standards in accordance with set procedures.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases for SIT and UAT, covering functional changes
  • Ensure products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
  • Liaise with different project team areas (Development, Business Analysis, Product Owners, etc.)
  • Provide regular updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Record accurate test results in a tracking system and capture evidence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and share insights with colleagues

This position requires 4+ years of experience in a QA or similar role and 4+ years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is also required. The ability to work in a demanding environment by prioritizing tasks and escalating/communicating issues as required is essential.
