Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the onboarding process of various applications.

Your primary duties will include interacting with application owners to understand their systems, explaining the integration process and goals, and gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.

You will coordinate, test, and validate any custom development required by the app team to perform the integration. In collaboration with internal engineers, you will ensure that the integration is built as per governance best practices and application requirements.

Maintaining and reporting accurate statuses for all the applications being onboarded and working with multiple application teams simultaneously will also be part of your responsibilities.

Ensuring the onboarding process is complete in a timely manner is crucial for the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process of various applications.
  • Interact with application owners to understand their systems and gather necessary information.
  • Explain the integration process and goals to application owners.
  • Test and validate custom development required for integration.
  • Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure integration meets governance best practices.
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for onboarded applications.
  • Work with multiple application teams simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning is a plus.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions are essential skills.
  • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation are also crucial.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes to ensure timely completion are key tasks.
  • Developing or working with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates is a valuable skill.
  • Creating custom reports for specific and general purposes is also important.
  • Rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment, and Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event require expertise.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, Active Directory, and LDAP applications, is a critical responsibility.
