IAM Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Support Engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments. They will also possess a strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for IBM ISIM and IBM TDI systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments
  • Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance
  • Conduct regular health checks and monitoring of ISIM/TDI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and IBM TDI
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, RBAC, SSO, and governance
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
