Access Governance Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate closely with clients, ensuring their access review processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing and configuring user access review campaigns in a specialized platform, defining review scopes, selecting reviewers, and scheduling review periods. The ideal candidate will also customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure user access review campaigns to meet client needs.
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' business processes.
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns and performing access certifications using the platform.
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time and that access risks are effectively mitigated.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to user access review processes in the platform.
  • Stay current with industry trends in access governance and compliance.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development, to showcase the capabilities of the access review solution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using a similar platform.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns, access certification workflows, and access risk analysis in a similar platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
