Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the local projects organization to deliver high-quality projects that meet customer expectations and financial targets.

  • Lead a team of project managers in partnership with subcontractors to deliver projects in compliance with key performance indicators, service level agreements, and customer requirements.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Portfolio Management
  • Manage a portfolio of projects within the location
  • Lead a team of Project Managers in partnership with Honeywell sub-contractors to deliver projects in compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and customer requirements

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in project management with thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes
  • Supervisory knowledge with demonstrated ability to lead a team
