We are seeking a skilled Project Design Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engineering services to large and small projects.

The Project Design Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and designers, providing leadership and resolving technical issues related to the discipline.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in design engineering
  • Experience in engineering coordination and project delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of project requirements as they relate to scope, quantities, cost, and schedule
  • Prepare Engineering Work Packages (EWPs) in consultation with the Engineering Manager
  • Participate in design reviews and represent the discipline in project meetings
  • Perform conceptual and detailed engineering design
  • Review and evaluate technical work prepared by junior engineers
