Job Title: International Medical Education Consultant

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our team in the field of international medical education.

The ideal candidate will have experience in counselling and strong communication skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance on medical education opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions with students and parents interested in pursuing medical education abroad.
  • Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and career outcomes for top universities and destinations.
  • Manage student pipelines from initial enquiry to admission closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with admissions, operations, and marketing teams to achieve enrolment goals and expand the business.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports on counselling sessions and student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Medical, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in counselling (MBBS Abroad / Study Abroad industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of global medical markets, top universities, and admission processes.
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in local languages an added advantage.
  • Target-driven with proven sales/conversion ability, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for effective data management.

KRA & KPI:

  • Owning the sales funnel for international medical education services.
  • Achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Maintaining high counselling-to-admission conversion ratios.
  • Ensuring 100% follow-up compliance and accurate reporting in CRM systems.
  • Delivering exceptional student/parent satisfaction scores through transparent guidance and support.
