Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Career Advisor to join our team. The Career Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits.

Duties

  • Conduct Career advising sessions to assist students in setting and achieving educational goals
  • Mentor students on academic and personal matters to enhance their overall college experience
  • Leading Conversation with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and aspirations
  • Addressing queries and concerns of prospective students & Parents.
  • Building Relationships with students, Parents and other stakeholders to promote our academic programs.
  • Meeting sales targets by converting leads in to enrollments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff
  • Experience in academic advising or related field preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations
  • Strong mentoring skills to guide students towards academic success
  • Minimum 1 year experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
