Position: Academic Advisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Academic Advisor to join our team at Catalyst Education in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the education sector and excellent communication and counselling skills.
Responsibilities:
Guide students in choosing suitable academic programs and career paths.
Handle inquiries and follow up with potential students through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Counsel students and parents to understand their goals and suggest appropriate learning solutions.
Maintain student records and support the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to meet admission targets.
Requirements:
Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline (Education or related field preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the education or counselling sector.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and student-oriented personality.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
