About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Medical Coding to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have strong coding expertise, hold a valid medical coding certification, and bring a background in medical or paramedical sciences. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assign medical codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff and internal teams to clarify documentation and resolve coding-related queries.
• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, payer regulations, and organizational policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in line with HIPAA and company standards.
• Participate in audits, quality checks, and process improvements to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of coding experience or Certified Freshers (excluding HCC coding).
• Must be a certified medical coder from AAPC or AHIMA.
• Educational background in Medical or Paramedical sciences (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding guidelines.
• UAE experience in medical coding will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured environment.

• Proficiency in using coding software and healthcare documentation systems.
