Key Responsibilities:- Own customer outcomes and be accountable for churn and expansion KPIs.
- Manage a US-based customer portfolio, working between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM IST.
- Work with forward-thinking product and operations teams to guide them toward measurable success.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Proven track record of owning and improving churn and expansion KPIs.
- Savvy use of tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or GenAI platforms.
