We are now hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to help take our customers and team to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own customer outcomes and be accountable for churn and expansion KPIs.
  • Manage a US-based customer portfolio, working between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM IST.
  • Work with forward-thinking product and operations teams to guide them toward measurable success.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving churn and expansion KPIs.
  • Savvy use of tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or GenAI platforms.
