As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at branches across assigned locations. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with branch staff, Bank RM, and channel partners.
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process and other compliance standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
