We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Amazon Seller Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive sales growth, optimize profitability, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertising Strategy: Plan and execute PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, while optimizing bids for peak hours.
  • Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to manage region-wise stock levels, preventing out-of-stock situations and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Review Management: Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and escalate quality/packing concerns to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute weekend sales strategies to capitalize on higher traffic volumes.
  • Listing Page Management: Regularly review listing pages, updating variations, optimizing keywords, and adjusting categories as required.
  • Amazon Account Management: Collaborate with the Amazon account manager to access support, promotions, and growth opportunities.
  • Pricing Optimization: Research and implement pricing strategies to maintain profitability and meet expected margins.
  • Product Launch Planning: Conduct market research and plan for new product launches to expand our business portfolio.
