Job Description

This is a key position within our Collateral Management team, playing a pivotal role in the development and implementation of risk management strategies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, while driving business growth and value.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations, developing high-quality presentations and strong analytical skills, documenting process flows and operating models within software, presenting to senior stakeholders and communicating main points clearly, and navigating and understanding capital regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need an MBA or equivalent Master's degree. The ability to demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development, act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent, understand expectations, and personally account for keeping performance on track is also essential.
