The Enterprise Risk Manager role involves developing a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an integrated risk reporting framework with a strong focus on strategic risk and de-risking strategies.
- Prepare and publish quarterly disclosures for the organization.
- Act as secretary to the Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) and manage directions provided.
- Prepare reports at stated intervals to the Risk Management Committee of the Board (RMCB).
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) document/quarterly ICAAP findings covering pillar I and pillar II risks such as concentration risks, reputational risks, strategic risks, and compliance risk.
- Compute Return on Asset - Risk Adjusted Capital (RAROC) and economic capital for various credit and treasury verticals.
- Maintain periodic reports on compliance to various Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)/risk thresholds to the Board of Directors/Risk Management Committee of the Board/Regulator.
- Closely monitor risk related to concentration, growth, and portfolio in coordination with business and credit teams.
- Coordinate with compliance and audit teams to ensure external regulations and applicable policies are reviewed and implemented effectively.
- Filing returns to the Regulator at stated intervals.
