Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Civil Structure Advisor to lead the design review, coordination, and execution of civil and structural projects at our greenfield manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities, with a strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive civil & structural design review, coordination and execution for industrial buildings and site infrastructure.
  • Liaise with design consultants and construction partners to ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and Tata Engineering standards.
  • Review architectural layouts, steel structures, RCC designs and foundation drawings.
  • Coordinate site execution activities, including construction quality checks, method statements, and material approvals.
  • Support layout planning, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors.
  • Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across CSA deliverables.
  • Interface closely with electrical, mechanical and utility engineering teams to resolve multidisciplinary issues on site.

Requirements:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred but not mandatory)
  • 5–12 years of experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site project environments
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior Experience A Plus
  • Prior experience working on greenfield factory or cleanroom projects
  • Understanding of BIM/Revit/Navisworks and digital engineering tools
  • Familiarity with Tata group project governance processes
