Structural Engineering Expert Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled structural engineer to lead the design and execution of complex structural systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in high-tech and industrial construction projects.

This role requires expertise in vibration-sensitive structures, heavy-load-bearing systems, and cleanroom environments. Knowledge of India-specific codes, materials, and execution practices is essential.

About the Role
  1. Lead structural design and analysis for steel, concrete, and composite structures.
  2. Design foundations for precision equipment that minimize vibrations.
  3. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
  4. Monitor site execution, inspections, and audits to guarantee quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Pharmaceuticals / API Plants: Dr. Reddy's, Sun Pharma, Biocon
  • Specialty Chemicals: SRF, Atul, Aarti Industries
  • Petrochemical & Refinery Plants: Reliance, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL
  • Power Plants & Utilities: NTPC, Adani, Tata Power
  • Advanced Labs & Industrial Facilities: Honeywell, Schneider, large R&D labs
Key Requirements
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
  • 10+ years in structural engineering, with 7+ years in high-tech or industrial facility construction
  • Knowledge of Indian construction codes, labor laws, and environmental regulations
  • Familiarity with cleanroom construction, seismic design, and geotechnical engineering

This role demands a strong technical skillset, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
