Job Title:

Civil Structural Architectural Engineer

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to work on the Engineering & Projects team, delivering civil, structural and architectural design and execution activities across our greenfield manufacturing facility in Dholera.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Structural Architectural Engineer with strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include driving civil & structural design review, coordination and execution for industrial buildings and site infrastructure.

Liaising with design consultants and construction partners to ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and Tata Engineering standards.

Reviewing architectural layouts, steel structures, RCC designs and foundation drawings.

Coordinating site execution activities, including construction quality checks, method statements, and material approvals.

Supporting layout planning, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors.

Ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across CSA deliverables.

Interfacing closely with electrical, mechanical and utility engineering teams to resolve multidisciplinary issues on site.

Requirements:
  • B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structures preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5–12 years of experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site project environments.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience working on greenfield factory or cleanroom projects.
  • Understanding of BIM/Revit/Navisworks and digital engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with Tata group project governance processes.
