Project Manager

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead our greenfield manufacturing facility project in Dholera, Gujarat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering civil, structural, and architectural design and execution activities across the site.

This includes drive civil & structural design review, coordination, and execution for industrial buildings and site infrastructure, liaising with design consultants and construction partners to ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and Tata Engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural layouts, steel structures, RCC designs, and foundation drawings.
  • Coordinate site execution activities, including construction quality checks, method statements, and material approvals.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across CSA deliverables.
  • Interface closely with electrical, mechanical, and utility engineering teams to resolve multidisciplinary issues on site.

Requirements:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.5–12 years of experience in CSA design and execution within industrial / manufacturing / semiconductor / high-tech facilities).
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, steel & RCC design, architectural planning, and industrial building codes.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site project environments.
  • Prior experience working on greenfield factory or cleanroom projects.
  • Understanding of BIM/Revit/Navisworks and digital engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with Tata group project governance processes.
