Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our team in the development of innovative business simulation games. This is a full-time remote position that requires exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Establish and maintain tracking documents in Teamwork.com and other tools, updated daily
  • Proactively communicate key milestones and reminders (daily, weekly, monthly) to all stakeholders
  • Ensure team members are aligned with deliverables and deadlines
  • Review and finalize Production Agreements within one business day

  • Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)

  • SKU Vault

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and performance across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resilient, proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive
